Located on Place Rogier, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk to Brussels’ city centre. Moreover, it is located 200 m away from Rogier metro station, while Brussels’ largest range of shops at Rue Neuve is just 500 m away. Brussels North station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Facility

24 single rooms and 77 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

    Please do not ever stay at this Hotel.....

    Well where do we start......I made a booking 4 days ago for this hotel via Booking.com ....this seemed simple enough.....Now today was the day of the booking.....I arrived by train at Brussel Noord Station as the hotel was only 350 metres from there.... while walking from the station at around 16:00.....I was attacked by a robber..... so thankfully nothing was taken... when I arrived at the hotel I explained i was attacked by a black person..... only to be greeted by the the hotel manager.....saying its not our problem..... really....yes but ive just been attacked..... followed by its not our problem...... and then because I said my attacker was black .... im am now a racist......and my booking is now cancelled....... So what sort of people do they employ..... not only have I been attacked im now not allowed a place of safety to stay the night......What a lovely City Brussels is becoming..... and I will never stay in this ever again....if thats the way they treat tourists..... thankfully ive found somewhere else to stay this evening....... I have contacted Booking over the matter and will make this a police matter too.....for your own safety people do not stay in this area around Brussels Noord or even this hotel......

    We had a pleasant experience overall. Although the hotel is undergoing some structural works, we were given a fully renovated room which was great for the price. The location was also a plus, as the hotel is walking distance to most relevant places in Brussels. The reception staff was kind and professional (special thanks to Giusy, Andy and Anni for beign so helpful). Breakfast was also great and fairly varied

    I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and made the reservation two months ahead. When I checked I was asked to pay the whole stay upfront, in contrast to the reservation confirmation stating: pay as you stay (not pay upfront). Immediately it turned out that the hotel was undergoing major renovations with dust, noise and out-of-order lift(s). This was not mentioned at all on the website when I made the reservation. If I had known that, I would have obviously selected a different hotel. I wrote multiple complaints to both the hotel manager and the chain headquartes requesting a partial reimbursement as compensation. While the latter did not react at all, the manager replied after 10 days claiming that "certain aspects of the renovation process are outside of our direct control". It should well be under their control that the reservation website mentions ongoing major renovations. I am sorry but any positive aspects of this property are wiped out by their lack of consideration of guest experience.

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had and I feel compelled to warn other travellers.We booked Hotel Siru through Booking.com and were never informed of any renovation or construction work. On arrival, it was immediately clear the hotel was largely closed, and we were required to enter via another hotel, which was not disclosed at booking.That evening, there was active construction work taking place at around 21:30, directly underneath our room. The noise made it impossible to rest. We have clear, time- and date-stamped video evidence showing builders still working late at night.When we raised this issue with staff, the situation became even more concerning. A manager accused my wife of lying, despite being shown the video evidence. This was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting.Even worse, the manager then walked my wife up and down an active building site, asking her to physically point out where the workers were. This was a clear breach of health and safety, entirely inappropriate for a guest, and shows a shocking lack of care and professionalism.In contrast, the receptionist later admitted that renovation work was ongoing, confirmed that multiple guests had complained, and stated that it “was not fair on him” and that he “could not wait to finish his shift due to the number of complaints.” This directly contradicts the manager’s behaviour and confirms this was a known issue.Despite all of this, the hotel refused to move us to a quiet room, stop the work, or offer any compensation or resolution.This stay involved: • Undisclosed renovation and night-time construction noise • A hotel largely closed and accessed via another property • Extremely poor and disrespectful customer service • Serious health and safety concerns • A complete refusal to resolve the situationThis hotel was not as described, and the way we were treated was genuinely shocking. We are now pursuing the matter through Booking.com and our bank.I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here, especially if you expect honesty, safety, or a basic level of customer service.

    Unacceptable! Had to find another hotel at last minute

    I had a reservation at Hotel Siru, Brussels for December 6th, 2025. Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 204, which was completely uninhabitable due to an extremely strong paint odor affecting the entire floor. It felt more like a construction site than a hotel.The receptionist admitted they knew about the problem and confirmed the room was not suitable to stay in. They assured me that my free cancellation would be approved, so I trusted them and did not cancel with fees.Despite this, the property refused to approve the cancellation and stopped responding to my messages. I had to find another hotel at the last minute, which cost me significantly more and caused a lot of stress.Recent reviews show other guests have experienced similar problems, proving that the hotel knowingly sold rooms that were not ready. This is unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel unless they want to risk losing money and having their plans ruined.
