    I was there for a conference. Great place. Easy to get to with the metro, at least that is what I did. Small supermarket nearby. Beautifull pool/fitness area. I can't comment on the breakfast. I would come again.

    My partner and I stayed here during a long weekend visit to Brussels.Really enjoyed this hotel. The spa area was wonderful after a long day of walking around the city centre.its a 5min walk to a metro station.20 mins from that station to city centre. Really easy and simple to use. The perk of it is that you dont have to get a hotel in the city where noise will keep you up all night.The only thing I was upset about is we had trouble falling to sleep. The bed was nice and comfy, the room was well presented (except for some ware and tear). The room was very hot. The air con is stuck set to heating due to the winter season. We had to turn it off and leave a window open all day and the room was still 19°. For someone who runs hot like myself, being out of the duvet wasnt nearly enough.

    Asian Hotel on Outskirts of Brussels

    Large, spotlessly clean business hotel, very convenient for the airport. I had a junior suite and it was very nice, with lounge, huge rain shower and very comfortable bed. Coffee machine. Front desk were great and suggested good places to visit in the city centre. All staff were nice.Eating at the hotel was less successful. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for a 5 star hotel and leaned too much towards a predominantly Asian clientele. I’m happy to eat noodles when I’m in China, but in Europe I want better fruit, breads and pastries. Dinner was a comedy. Despite there only being a handful of guests everything had to be asked for more than once. Alcohol was very expensive.About 10 minutes away is Alma metro station which can take you into central Brussels. At night you have to walk through quite a dark residential area and I suspect a taxi might be a better choice.

    Shockingly overpriced food & drink

    The hotel itself is genuinely nice and clean, with good beds. In terms of comfort I have absolutely nothing negative to say.However, the prices are absurd.Even five-star city hotels do not charge as much as they do here for food and drinks. We ordered two gin and tonics and the bill was €55. A small cappuccino was €6. Their beverage pricing is irrational and completely unjustifiable, especially considering this is not a luxury hotel and it is not in a city centre location.The restaurant also has no atmosphere at all. It feels more like a canteen, and the food was below average rather than restaurant quality.Such a shame.

    Once but really never again !

    Booked this hotel on business trip together with 3 colleagues. Upon arrival received very unfriendly reception at the front desk. The gentlemen clearly did not feel like it. Had asked for 3 rooms on the same floor but could not ! After putting our stuff in the room we had a drink in the bar, also there a very unfriendly waiter who did not feel like it. Understood why there was almost no one there. A simple order could not be taken and we got the wrong drinks. And after 12 drinks including a couple of regular colas we had to pay Eur 189. Hotel room was clean and good but not special for Eur 180 per night! The next morning I have 4 rooms paid and the cost in the bar total Eur 900 and oh yes also had to pay Eur 25 for the car! Because we had to leave early I asked if the cost of breakfast could perhaps be deducted because we did not use eh no that can not be reported by again an unfriendly lady! Therefore once but never again in this hotel!
