Location

This elegant luxury hotel is located approximately 1 km from Brussels Central station, and 20 km from Brussels Airport. The toy museum is located just a stone's throw away and links to the public transport network are about 200 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 433 rooms, including 25 suites, 27 single rooms and 188 double rooms, which are located on 27 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    For business I stayed over one night at The Hotel in Brussels, which is very central and well connected. From the 10th floor I had an amazing view over the city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The next morning I planned to enjoy the gym, well equipped by Technogym, in the hotel, assuming I would be the only one that early, but it was actually very busy. Nonetheless, there was enough space to do my workout, once again enjoying the amazing view over Brussels.     Good hotel. Not the best location with respect to the town centre. However the breakfast was a bit chaotic. In most hotels when you turn up for breakfast you are asked; is this your first morning. Not here! You have to find your own way around.     The Hotel is perfection !It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.A place I am always happy to return to.The only issue is windy location.     I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves one.I contacted the spa to buy a gift voucher and carefully explained that the gift was important to me. I was choosing between two options and was told that I would receive a reply. I trusted that and waited.Sadly, no one ever got back to me. Because of this silence, I completely lost the chance to arrange the gift on time. A simple message saying “this is not possible” would have been enough — I would have chosen another option or another spa. Instead, I was left waiting with no answer at all.This was not about pricing or availability, but about basic respect for a customer’s time. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and disappointing.I expected much better service.
