Location

The hotel is located in quiet surroundings close to Brussels Airport and the NATO headquarters. The hotel is easily accessible from all major highways and the large ring of Brussels. It is also only 15 min from the city centre.

Facility

The hotel has 2 lifts and features 100 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     After a late flight no more shuttle to hotel. 25 euro taxicost...When trying to get to sleep, very annoying rumour kept me awake.     The lobby was occupied with teens playing pool and shouting and cheering. We could also hear people moving around and talking while trying to sleep. The room was fine and the breakfast was ok. Paid 20 Euros for parking.

    Room Service is not good, they just change your bath towel but not the bedsheet.Floor cleaning is not done in their room service.Breakfast does not have different menu, every day you can see same option, as a international stay people expect have a different menu at every 2-3 days.Airport shuttle, they do not provide & even the website says 15 EUR fix for taxi for the Airport but when you ask then it is as per regular fare.The reception service is very good,Breakfast staff service is also very good.

    Because of a strike, our flight was delayed and we had to stay 2 nights in Brussels. We chose this hotel at the airport by chance and went there for the first time. The staff is excellent, very nice and helpful, from the front staff to the cleaning staf/others.There is a kind of a stand for food (sandwiches, salads, various dishes etc.) you can buy from with a self payement system by credit card. We could eat in our rooms, we didn't use the breakfast service.The only point that was a little bummer for me was the shared wifi that was too weak to be used correctly in our rooms. It was sufficient for researching the internet on a smartphone but we coudn't use our computers for watching videos for ex. (Maybe it was because of our computers?)

    (+)- The room was comfortable.(-)- Breakfast is very basic and is not what I expect for Thon standards. This is more youth hostel standards. - I could not enter the hotel area as the gate was closed by a barrier. This works only if you have a car so I had to climb under it or walk on the lawn to get to the hotel entrance.- No shuttle bus, you have to catch the local bus (De Lijn) at the nearest bus stop.
