Exceptional customer service

I have been coming to this hotel for a few years and always love the experience. This time i must praize the exceptional customer service: i had wrongly booked my stay on booking for a wrong date and it was not refundable. I rebooked separately directly with the hotel for the right date and they were so understanding that i did not have to pay my second booking. I call that customer service. A big big thank you

Great hotel, just outside the ring of Brussel. From the hotel it is a beautifull 30 min. walk to the Grand-Place. The hotel itself is housed in an old building, but nicely renovated. The staff is very friendly and was open to any of our requests. A wrongly booked room (by myself) was corrected quickly. The breakfast is also great. The neighbourhood is quite. It is possible to hear other guests, every know and then, because the building is old. Definetely a recommendation for your stay in Brussel.

Cool and cozy boutique hotel

Zoom hotel is a cool and cozy boutique hotel close to Stephanie tram station.The room was tidy and had everything I needed. My room had a small fridge and air conditioning (which according to the front desk is standard in all rooms) Bed was comfortable.The front desk staff was very friendly, although they sometimes are very stressed because they had to staff the bar in the evenings and breakfast in the mornings.Overall Zoom is good and will probably stay here next time I vist Brussels. Here are some things you should be aware of before you book and feedback to the hotel- The floor in my room was very squeaky. Impossible to sneak to the bathroom at night without waking up your roommate- The shower had very low water pressure. I hope this was only the case for my room- Breakfast buffet is ok but not great. I had expected more for 15€. Not very big selection and the staff are struggling to keep things refilled. Most of the time almost everything was out and you had ask the already stressed staff to do refills. Please consider hiring more staff for breakfast service or try to do better prep work.
