amazing hotel right on the canal.

We chose Ghent as our base in Belgium. Perfect for day tripping. The hotel gifted us a canal tour, which we loved. It was arguably as enjoyable as the one in Bruges. We loved our time in Ghent. The hotel has a lower level bar which we visited. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and kind. I do wish they had mentioned that the back entrance to the hotel opens up to the canal. We discovered that on our own. I would say, that is one of the best features of the hotel.

Dietary requirements for a team meeting lunch were communicated in advance and confirmed by the hotel. Unfortunately, they were not respected.Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a minimum of customer service, especially for a price at 48€ per lunch. Lovely hotel in a great location

Fantastic location in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. Since we were only staying for a short time, I decided not to book a canal view, but I would recommend that if you are staying longer. Perfect canal-side base for exploring Ghent

A fantastic stay in the heart of Ghent. The location couldn’t be better — right on the canal and steps from the historic center.
