The hotel is located in the heart of Genk near the city's commercial centre and its largest shopping centre. Its convenient location along the E314 motorway makes it easy to reach from Maastricht and Belgium. Hasselt is 14 km away and Genk train station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Facility

    Service was great. The bedroom big, still the bathroom was not clean and also the bedroom. Attention to the cleaning will for sure bring this place to a 5.

    We have chosen this hotel because we likedthe advert about the Spa area and the service, but in fact the Spa Area is not well maintained. It was no service in Spa area, from 2 saunas only one sauna was working, We could not get robes for sauna, and have used our towels.In the room it self the coffee machine did not work, so it is useless. in the room we also did not have slipers in the room, but the floor is quite cold and without slipers it was not convinient. In general I liked the bed and dosign as such, but the service inthe hotel is not at the level of 4 starts. I was surprised that the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, and we werenot asked whether we would like that the rooms are cleaned in the second day of the stay.We had a booking with breakfast, and it was easter Sunday and Monday, both days I must admit the breakfast was very average, I have expected it bit more from a 4 stars hotel with such advertisment.All in all the stay in the hotel was far behind my expectations, and service of other hotels I have seen in Belgium.

    Service was excellent. Rooms were dark and very warm. However comfortable with nice decor throughout. Working desk area was poor as little area as TV placed on it. Shower is excellent but leaked on to the floor as gap too big. Breakfast great
