Location

This hotel is situated in Belgium's most beautiful shopping centre. It enjoys an ideal location within walking distance of key tourist attractions such as the Fashion and Gin museums, the Versuz disco, the marina, the Bokrijk open-air museum and the Japanese Garden. Facility

Units include 71 single rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 107-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and 36 non-smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace.     Great location, in downtown surrounded by several restaurants at a walkable distance.Big room, very clean, quiet and comfortable.Good breakfast.The hotel has also a restaurant.To be improved : a member of the lobby should learn how to smile.It’s free but it has a great value to the customers.     Reserved weeks before our stay, the room was quite expensive (we would have given a five if it had been cheaper), and we still do not know why the hotel was fully booked. Simply perhaps it was so good?Located near the city center and shopping streets. Several underground parking lots within walking distance, warm welcome and efficient service. Clean public spaces. Large, cean rooms with huge beds. All required amenities.Just two examples:- when I was walking towards reception for checking out, the lady behind the desk received a telephone call, but she asked the person on the other end of the line to wait until she had check me out in a couple of seconds;- also breakfast: we had expected a huge crowd in the breakfast room as the hotel was fully booked, but it was really quiet and well-organized.     The location of this hotel is perfect, right near the river where a lot of restaurants are available and at the same time only 5 minutes walk from the center where more restaurants, bars and shopping can be found.The hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a late night drink with your colleagues.Free WiFi which is provided is stable and fast enough.Breakfast is modest but good enough.Staff are really nice and all are speaking English fluently.Rooms are small but well equipped.Shower is clean and water pressure is good enough and always hot water are available.     I've stayed a number of times at this hotel. It is my go to hotel in hasselt. Or it wad. Arrived back from a work event at 11.03 and was refused my icky drink of the night. 197 euros with kids and I can't have one drink three minutes after 11 when staying in the hotel.
