    I stayed in this hotel with 4 friends for a spa weekend.The hotel is very nice updated and we had a great time there. Staff is super friendly, they help you with everything. Very big. The rooms were nice, very confortable beds. We will stay here again!

    I stayed in d-hotel overnight on a business trip. My room had enough space, but there was no decent desk to work on, the bed was very small, and managing light was cumbersome. But most annoying was the dirt in the room, see the attached pictures for illustration. Overall, little is left from what this hotel once may have been, is not decently maintained anymore. In sum: 4-stars is a joke.

    Stayed here over 2 days for work (was in room 19) and it was bad.Hotel advertisers itself as 4 star which it certainly is not, while the hotel is modern in design that's where the problem is. There's a lack of usable sockets in some rooms, no safe, no coffee or tea making facilities, no iron, no hair dryer on the wall is some sort of lcd panel for turning the lights on and off which was difficult to use, the air con made such a racket in my room and didn't work, the shower floor is some kind of composite material with no grip so when it gets wet is very slippy, a lot of the rooms have a wall of glass instead of a window which faces other rooms so everyone can see everyone else including when your in the shower or using the toilet even if the net curtain is shut! There's no restaurant or room service for evening meals with no real selection close by either (remember this is a 4 star) and no late night bar unless you're staff in which case you can drink all night.One of my colleagues had some sort of plastic cover over her fire/smoke alarm in the 2 days she was there so obviously room checks are not made fully. Overall a very disappointing couple of days with lackluster staff in a warm and gloomy concrete box.

    This is a nice, modern hotel. We took the suite, with a bath in the middle of the room, large flatscreen tv ans seperate shower. Rooms are large and quite. Spa is Ok. Breakfast perfect and staff is friendly

    What a disappointment!

    I stayed 1 night in this hotel as it was advertised as being interesting in terms of design and with a good 600m2 spa. The spa is clean and well maintained. But I had booked a treatment that the hotel cancelled without telling me anything. I was literally in my bathrobe inside the spa, when I was told that the masseur would not come! No alternative or solution were given to me. I had chosen a designer’s suite (the Nedda El-Asmar Suite with shower). It was different but frankly not practical at all, and like the rest of the hotel, poorly maintained. That is to me - and similar to previous comments - the main problem in this hotel: it is not looked after properly. The carpets in the corridors are appalling, bits and pieces in the rooms are broken, in winter the public areas are not heated properly. The service is ok, but beware during low season, there is hardly any staff at all: one minute someone is receptionist, the next minute they are attending the bar. Frankly, this does not look very professional for a 4 star hotel. Finally, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and does not have a restaurant. Without a car, you will be left with a Chinese and a Belgium restaurants, about 10 minutes away. If the owners were to invest in the hotel, put back a restaurant, maintain it properly, and train the staff, it could be an interesting property.
