  I enjoyed my stay very much

  My stay in this hotel was very nice.The staff at the hotel reception were extraordinarily helpful in solving a problem of my colleague and they were also very approachable when there help or advice was needed.I had two dinners at the restaurant: I had a very good time there as I received an excellent service (including good humour) and the food was very good and tasty. The hotel is about 5 minutes of walking from the Leuven train station and easily reachable.I was very happy with my room: good size, nice layout, quiet and I had a very good sleep.I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next stay in Leuven.   Two nights in Leuven

  A perfectly agreeable stay in Leuven with my sweetheart Michelle. The hotel is located approximately 8 to 10 minutes walk from the station and the city centre can be reached on foot within 15 to 20 minutes. The rooms we had on the 5th floor were comfortable and well appointed - we didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment.

  Stayed here for one night,was in Leuven for a football match so was only in the room to sleep, carpet was filthy dirty I had to put towels down to walk around,two gents at check in time were nice but the lady on in the afternoon was not the friendliest,asked her to book me a taxi to the stadium and you swear I asked her something monumental..didn't use the bar but going by them trying to charge me 8 euro for two cans of Fanta from the fridge in reception I'm glad I didn't use it.No milk at the coffee machine either.Hotel does have a good city centre location and was cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for but I wouldn't recommend at all.   I booked here largely due to the fact that this was one of the only places in Leuven that could accomodate more than one bed at a reasonable price and I needed to be in Leuven since my father was attending a meeting in the city.The location is a bit iffy as it's not really close to much as far as Leuven is concerned though it was quite nice for my purposes since I left Leuven rather frequently so the proximity to Leuven Station was a positive. The rooms were very basic but quite clean as far as I could make out. The room was decently large with a ordinary sized seating area. The linens didn't seem extremely upscale, they were more akin to what you'd find in a 3 star than a 4 star, but they were serviceable. In general, the room just didn't seem to match the star rating of the hotel itself. The beds and pillows were serviceable although a huge problem was that the air conditioning seemed to not really work.The bathroom setup consisted of two separate rooms with a shower and sink in one and the toilet in a separate area. The shower area appeared to have the most issues as the caulking seemed to have mold growth and the paint on the wall was ground down pretty heavily near the mirror with a similar but less noticeable occurence behind the toilet where the toilet seat is raised. Water pressure in the shower was okay although there was a noticeable lack of conditioner in the shower.The breakfast in the morning was quite poor for my taste. The cost was 24 Euros per person and while the selection was decent the quality was poor. The sausage tasted weird, as did the cold cuts. The potatoes were hard and the only real edible items for me were the pastries. While the selection wasn't the culprit here, the sheer lack of quality makes it difficult to justify the expense.The service here was also very odd. It wasn't noticeably bad but it seemed like the staff were just a bit curt, which might've been due to language though all the staff were proficient in English.The hotel gets the job done but it just really doesn't meet 4 star quality standards and the operation is just off in too many areas to warrant anything more than a middle of the road rating.   I love Leuven!

  I loved the rooms, their great layout, and all the amenities. Room service for breakfast works for me. The journey to town is short, interesting, and safe. I loved the walk. I enjoyed having a beer at the bar, and the gym is useful. The croissant at breakfast is too die for. Friendliness is close to godliness; one guy at the reception misses these characteristics.
