    I popped into here for a rest stop after kayaking with our 11 year old son. We asked if they had frites as it was outside usual mealtimes. We were told “We’re not a Mc Donald’s”. When we explained my son had allergies, we were allowed to have our sandwiches. The attitude was bad and even my son asked why the lady was rude. We had our drinks and we left.

    We held a large team event here and I can’t thank the hotel enough. The service was wonderful, the meeting arrangements excellent, all the food through out the event was very very good. Every single participant complimented the hotel, rare for such a large meeting! Really great venue and we will be back.

    Amazing building with interesting history. Rooms are really well designed and worked well for business trips. Walkthrough bathroom was interesting with stylish materials.

    Bad experiences! Found a phone on floor and give it to reception in the end knock my door in the midnight and questioning me like a thief instead of appreciate

    This hotel is very expensive for having anything to eat. It’s no good for visually impaired people as it’s so dark and dingy. There is no where near enough light to find your way around. There aren’t many coffee or tea condiments left in your room and no instructions about fire and safety . This hotel is terrible for visually impaired people and I would never stay here again
