    Hotel is ok for business trip or if you “reach” enough student, location is ok but if you coming by car description could be better to find underground parking and entrance to the hotel, otherwise will spend some time driving around. Hotel doesn’t have car access to the front doors as it is allocated on walk in road. Rooms are ok with good sound proof quality

    I was here for a brief business trip. The hotel was pleasant enough, and my bedroom was a reasonable size and comfortable. It's always nice to have USB charging points near the bed, so they get good marks for that.The food in the restaurant was very good, and if you're looking for a nice meal then you should be happy here. However, they only seemed to do proper restaurant meals. If you're looking for a light snack then you will be disappointed. I arrived at the hotel in the early afternoon, having not yet had any lunch. I was hoping to get a sandwich to take into my business meeting with me in one of their meeting rooms. However, this seemed to be too difficult for them. Their restaurant had already finished serving, and they didn't serve sandwiches anyway. That lack of flexibility is surprising and disappointing for a hotel of that class.Other than that, however, no complaints.

    Super Hotel, super staff

    Super hotel, staff engaging, helpful and very charming. Room is very nicely appointed, they think of everything and QUIET, ( the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in) Restaurant very comfortable, with tables not too close together, nothing was too much trouble, waiting staff 10/10 food was remarkably good and I’ve give that 10/10 also. Will go out of my way to stay there again.

    Great location with newly renovated rooms and hotel. Rooms are economical but decent. Kind bed was reasonable but a little firm. Restaurant and Bar were a delight also the morning coffee options. No frills but located near many restaurants and the office parc. Lots of college students at night so kind of loud. Convenient so will be back but not a favorite.

    Exceptional custom service!

    I cannot say enough about the exceptional custom service I received at this hotel. While there, I had an issue with my rental car. Barbra at the front desk went above and beyond to assists me with this. She helped with several phone call to various numbers both within Belgium and Germany. Thank you so much for having such a great staff.Overall this is a very nice hotel, clean, quiet, and with nice amenities. The only slight issue I had was with the location of the parking. I expect that this will get better with additional signage and as the construction in the area is completed.
