    The room had unfinished renovations. The floor was dirty and not finished. The bathroom smelled of mold. Busy street made it loud at night.Staff friendly enough… Don’t recommend.

    This hotel sucks. Do not stay here. Rooms are horrible. Non stop noise from the local drunk bars downstairs. Dirty. No hot water.

    Although this is not by any means an upscale hotel, it is Beachfront, has a bar, has great views and is perfectly located at the bridge to the North side and on the beach at the beginning of the strip of all the awesome beach bar/restaurants. The rooms are clean, roomy, and furnished eclectically. I wanted a piece in our room this time. (Not for sale). You can hear tv in another room if they have it loud, but not people talking.

    I leave 2 stars only because check-in was easy, the A/C worked, wifi was solid, no bugs or rodents, and a parking lot w/ ocean access out back. There's a nice view for sunrise on the 3rd story balcony, but san pedro is a tropical paradise & almost anywhere has an epic sunrise viewMost website pictures I saw before booking are either photo-shopped or 10yrs old. This hotel has potential, but maintenence is seriously neglected.Don't expect any luxury, romantic, quiet, kid-friendly, or high tech. It's just a room, mini-fridge, microwave, tv, and lots of street noise at night and a karaoke bar next door that kept me up until 2amRoom was not very clean, cracks in the walls, lights flicker, flooring coming apart, and everything was just worn out. Broken doors covered with plywood in hallways, sketchy stairs, ramdom appliances in common areas,and I literally had to shim some doors for my room & a neighbor during a windy night to get sleep!In san pedro on a dive trip traveling solo, I'd be embarrassed to bring a lady here. Book elsewhere even if more expensive- it'll be money well spent

    Reservations was not logged and front desk personnel had the worst attitude

    Our reservation was not logged in. The day we checked in the front desk told us that there are no rooms available. The front desk didn't logged out reservation and didn't even cared or had no sympathy as to where we would be sleeping that night. Front desk had the worst attitude.
