The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and fishing are available. With snorkelling and diving available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Had breakfast at the restaurant with Miguel & Elveria as our servers! Such a great experience to have a father-daughter duo serve us, as we’re a family of business owners as well. The food was amazing and they were very attentive, let us know about fried jack and now we’re hooked!     Kimberly at the restaurant is EXCELLENT! We haphazardly met her one night getting ice cream and the next morning she coincidentally was our waitress. She gave lots of tips on things to do and in which order while we were in San Pedro. She was like our local tour guide. She deserves a raise! The resort offers a lot and is absolutely beautiful. The shower in the bathroom upstairs leaked but the service was quick to get it fixed. Everyone was so nice! Pool Club is STUNNING at night!!!! The food at the restaurants was amazing. Drinks were delicious. Didn’t get to visit the private beach club because of the hours. The hours are in the middle of the day which is the prime time to visit downtown. Changing the Beach Club hours would be the only thing I’d change if I could. The resort is a little bit further than some of the other resorts in town but the amenities, size of the townhomes, and how QUIET it was made up for the drive time. (Also want to point out Alaia is pretty popular but it’s about a 2 to 3 minute drive to Mahogany Bay which is insignificant compared to the overall 15ish minute drive to downtown.) Price was reasonable. I’d stay here a million more times.     Low brow, budget hotel choice

    The hotels amenities were okay however overall the experience was poor. WiFi was spotty, at one point power and running water stopped, and staff did not follow through on requests. At check in bags were left unattended - no staff were present at the gate house when I went to grab something from one bag. I spoke to Marcus Person (manager) several times over the stay and was informed that I would receive a partial refund however the refund was not processed in the end. At one point the staff incorrectly charged me in Belize dollars instead of USD and they requested I pay the difference in cash as I was walking through reception. I did offer to pay on a credit card or charge it to the room and the staff insisted cash until I spoke with Marcus. Lovenia at concierge was helpful throughout the stay. The location is pretty far from the downtown area so would recommend renting a golf cat.If you’re looking for a budget chain hotel I think this is okay however in Belize I’ve stayed at much better run hotels. If you’re going to Belize to dive I would recommend Ramon’s instead.
