Location

This complex enjoys a central location on San Pedro's Front Street (Barrier Reef Drive), just a few minutes from Fido's ferry pier. It lies within walking distance of the catholic church, discos club and the bank. The beach is just steps away and the municipal air strip can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 20 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, motorboat rides, sailing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    This was our second time staying at Sunbreeze Suites - April 2026 and February2025. We love this hotel! It is centrally located and very comfortable and reasonably priced (especially compared to other hotels that are not suites. We enjoy having a suite with a kitchen (even though we did not cook!), a living room and a balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The property is very well maintained and the staff is super nice and professional. We would definitely stay at Sunbreeze Suites again!

    Excellent location, great staff. Loved the restaurant. Was able to do a candlelit dinner and birthday balloons in the room via email before arriving. Was also able to book a sunset cruise at the hotel. Great location for all activities, water taxi, airport, restaurants and nightlife

    Sunbreeze Suites was an ideal location for diving and enjoying the food and libations of San Pedro. Easy walk across the sand to Amigos Del Mar Dive Shop and right in the center of town. The room was spacious and clean with a great view on the ocean and reef. Very comfortable with all the amenities to make it home. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

    We love it here! The staff is professional, hospitable and makes you feel welcome. Always making sure you are comfortable and being taken care of. It is well kept and clean, walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops.

    We stayed at Sunbreeze Suites for our first visit to San Pedro. Our suite was perfect for the three of us - very clean and well equipped. We had a good sized bedroom and sitting room and thoroughly enjoyed our balcony with the pool and ocean views. The location was very convenient. The best thing about the Sunbreeze Suites though was the staff. Christian was always making sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff were superb. Our flight going home got delayed and eventually cancelled. The front desk staff communicated with Maya Island Air for us and booked us a room at their sister hotel ( unfortunately we couldn't stay at Sunbreeze Suites as they were fully booked.) All the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend the Sunbreeze Suites.
