    K' In spa provided excellent services for myself and my best friend! We both raved about how well the ladies performed both massages. The atmosphere was quiet, refreshing, clean, and the room had a personal shower for me to rinse off after my body scrub. Ask for Tenile or Kristen, both provide excellent massages!     The hotel accommodations were okay. The room was nice and clean. The spa never has anyone working, so you won't be able to book a massage. The restaurant has horrible service. It's usually pretty empty, and yet the service is extremely slow and unprofessional. They will seat you and completely ignore you. It takes over an hour to get a coffee if you're black. If you can pass a paper bag test, they will give you excellent service. I won't be returning here or anywhere in Belize City.     The staff was wonderful! The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of local restaurants, two water taxis, banks/ATMs, and downtown Belize City stores. We are walkers and enjoy immersing into the community, and we felt safe in the tourist district. If we get misplaced in our walk, the Belizean people are extremely friendly and willing to help. Our room was a deluxe queen balcony room that was clean and had good views of the pool and the outside terrace. There were trees near our balcony with birds that were extremely noisy every evening, and throughout the early morning (we adjusted to the noise). The room and bathroom were updated; however, I think the design layout of the electrical switches was poorly thought out, and there were no lamps on the nightstands. The pool was too small for the number of patrons. Across the street, the hotel is expanding, and there is an occasional inconvenience of using the sidewalk on both sides of the street. A word to the wise, Sunday is a laid-back day in Belize City, and many small local restaurants are closed. The hotel has a restaurant, but we were not a fan of the food. There is more activity in the area on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday because these are the days the cruise ship comes in.     Seaview room is new but dark with only one chair. I have requested a second. There is no overhead light and no desk lamp- just table lamps by the bed and one small fluorescent light over the closet. The room is new and spotless but not acceptable. They say they have no lamps…also the “seaview” room is in the first floor and looks out at parked cars with the ocean beyond. Avoid room 2101….I regret paying good money for a poor room. Fortunately we are only here one night here.     Perfect day trip from cruise ship!

    We came in for the day from the cruise ship and utilized the spa, K’in Spa, and restaurant, the Treehouse. Zachary at The Treehouse was exceptional. He treated us so well and was very attentive and kind. The pricing was fair (shown in both BZD and USD). The food was delicious and the drinks were fabulous. The portions were excellent The spa was also fabulous. They worked with our timing since we had to be back onboard the ship in a certain time and were unable to make a set appointment time. They were so flexible with us which is so rare to find! I had a massage and my first ever facial. Alyssa was above and beyond with customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend!This resort is only a 2 minute walk from the cruise terminal, literally right outside. It was perfect.
