    Don't believe a listing by this Property...buyer beware !!

    I booked this on April 1 2026 under the impression that there's a Swimming Pool then after I buy this Package from Expedia Canada I then get a message back through Expedia telling me that it isn't in fact available...huh? I only stayed here from April 25 to April 29 2026 before moving to another Hotel in Belize City If you list that you have an amenity but it's out of commission for renovations whatever.. why isn't this being listed on Expedia that way ? To my way of thinking that's being a bit deceptive & shady not being honest.. Expedia are also partially at fault here because they allow The Princess Ramada to do this without any consequences. Anyhow after Expedia said they would get me a refund they didn't.While I was talking on the real time text messaging another Employee sends me an email saying that I would be charged for my final few nights on another Credit Card not the one I originally used to buy this package while the Customer Service Representative Anjali S told me that I wasn't .I don't know about you but can I trust what either Party say Expedia & The Princess Ramada says or emails direct messages me... I guess that's a big no can do !! Conclusion I won't be using Expedia anytime soon again or ever going to that Hotel. What i am saying to you is be very cautious in booking a stay there that's all or believe anything that Expedia falsely tell you in any form of communication about the cheque is in the mail etc birds of a feather flock together.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and it was closed for renos. We were not notified about the closure as I would have booked elsewhere.

    my only issue was the internet it wass super slow maybe the speed needs to be in crease at least for the forth floor where i was staying

    What a huge disappointment!!!!! the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool. It was closed (we only found out a week before and it was too late to find another place (all booked up on the expedia). other people only found out there was no pool once they arrived.

    A Stay We Will Always Remember

    My husband and I recently stayed at the Ramada Belize City Princess Hotel and we truly enjoyed our time there. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we felt welcomed. The vibe was warm, the views were beautiful, and everything just felt right.The manager was wonderful and the entire staff was kind and professional. Everyone we came across greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.I really have to highlight Sylvin in the restaurant because he made our stay extra special. From day one, he was so friendly and attentive. He remembered us, checked on us, and made sure we were comfortable every time we dined there.One evening we came back from our day trip to Guatemala and I casually mentioned that my feet were hurting and that I was going upstairs to relax. We ordered our food to the room. A little while later, Sylvin surprised us by sending up a foot bowl with warm water and flowers so my husband could soak and massage my feet. I was not expecting that at all. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. That small act meant so much to me and showed how much he truly cares about the guests.The food was delicious every time. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We especially enjoyed breakfast each morning. It was a great way to start our day.Overall, we had a beautiful experience, but what really stood out was the hospitality. Thank you to the manager, the staff, and especially Sylvin for making our trip to Belize even more memorable. We truly appreciate it and would absolutely stay again.
