    So beware of the hidden charges. We checked out to find an addition $200 for access to a club they have onsite we never visited and $200 tax. Besides that it’s a nice hotel albeit needing some work. The furniture is all a bit dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. Lots of pictures in frames just not mounted well. Not much attention to decor detail. Nice people. Door men great. Overly air conditioned. Bloody freezing in restaurants and bars. Food very very average.

    Incredible stay at the Rosewood

    We spent 5 nights at the Rosewood and it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful, and the rooms are gorgeous. The beach club is particularly special, the beach is stunning and it feels very exclusive. The wide variety of sports included with your stay also means there is always something to do even during cloudy days. What really makes the hotel stand out is the service- every member of staff was a delight to speak to. We had a small issue with our room, and Felix went above and beyond to resolve this for us. He is a true credit to the hotel. Everyone we came across went above and beyond to make our stay incredible and we can't wait to return.

    This is a stunning resort. We stayed in a villa which easily could house four people. There were two bathrooms, a bar area, and plenty of space. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The two pools are lovely. This is a very exclusive resort and I would recommend it for couples and friends getaways.

    Currently staying here. It is a subpar experience. The location is very pretty but the service is not good. Several examples:- concierge is slow and not responsive to requests in any effective manner . Took 2 hours to respond to WhatsApp messages yesterday during the evening. - Yoga mats not available for the room. No yoga classes today. It’s Friday. One yoga class tomorrow. Fully booked. - athletic / class schedule physically listed in the hotel on a stand is completely incorrect. Not a little bit wrong, completely wrong. Sign remains posted . - took 4 phone calls to book a tennis lesson - room was not ready for early check in (1pm) despite flight times provided in advance and Amex platinum booking - prearranged hotel taxi did not show up at airport . Flight arrived 5 mins early. Took a regular one. - beach service for food estimated wait time 45 minutes and takeout from upstairs restaurant “impossible” - shuttle needed to get around the property which takes forever - Italian restaurant extremely mediocre This is just not a very impressive place
