  Not Worth It – Dirty Facilities and Terrible Breakfast

  I stayed at this hotel during the low season and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The hotel is old, and while some areas such as the rooms and corridors appear recently renovated, the overall maintenance leaves much to be desired.The pool areas were dirty, and the pool itself is not heated. Additionally, the bathrooms near the pool were closed, which was very inconvenient. Although the rooms look modern at first glance, I was shocked by the amount of dust and dirt under the bed—clearly not cleaned properly.The reception staff speaks very limited English, which made communication quite difficult at times.The biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. The orange juice was basically water mixed with industrial syrup and sugar. The bread was salty, the cereals were of very poor quality, and the coffee from the machine was simply terrible.Overall, this hotel should not be considered as an option. There are certainly better places to stay in the area.

  I didn't stay at the hotel, just had lunch, which was delicious. Fresh grilled squid, very soft and beautifully presented.The local draft beer in the frozen glass was amazing.Friendly staff, speak good English, fast service.Thank you for your hard work!

  Nice hotel but..

  We stayed 1 week at the hoten in a Superior Seaview room. The hotel itself and the room are very nice. Clean and modern. However, her comes the but..;- I find it strang that you are being charged 15 euros every day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella at the hotel pool. - The poolbar didn't serve any food as advertised, but the worst part was the "nightclub" in the toolbar playing so loud that you struggled to hear the tv in the room. This lasted until 1 o'clock at night, 7 days in the row. This is not something you expect when you buy a superior room.Finally, the hoten swimming area (beach) was so dirty that we had to go elsewhere for bading in the sea. Luckily, there is a nice area just beside the the boat doc. Beautiful and friendly peopel there.

  Don’t come to this hotel!

  Very bad hotel. Rooms are not at all soundproof, The restaurant manager is not friendly at all and everyday the same limited dishes are served. Airconditioning was ‘not operational yet’ ; that’s untill a group of 250 people came and suddenly airconditioning worked perfectly.Under the pool is a playground for young adultes so everynight there is noise which makes it impossible to leave outsidedoor open for fresh air in Summer.And on top of that, a party for those 250 people was organised in the restaurant with the music as loud as it can be. Sleeping is impossible. When we kindly asked to lower down the volume, they did not respect our question and were very unfriendly. They even told us it would be like this until 3 AM. The hotel manager didn’t do a thing to reduce the volume. I am NEVER coming back here.

  Hotel Sunce was my first hotel experience in Neum. I had a lovely room with a nice view over the beach and bay. The bed was among the comfiest I`ve slept on and the bathroom size is more than enough.My experience with the hotel staff was nothing but positive, especially the amazing guys at the restaurant. And now some downsides. I feel that the hotel still needs some renovation. While some parts are definitely modern, some are stuck 20 years in the past and require a renovation - the restaurant and lobby for example.The choice of food should be bigger and better, cakes are subpar.Parking is a big problem as there is not enough room and often cars park on the road on the way to the hotel and this makes problems for buses which can`t pass, therefore blocking the road.All in all, I had a good experience and if I was to go to Neum again I would definitely go here, and I believe the other problems will be fixed as time passes.
