We stayed at this hotel from 27-29th of December last year which means recently. We booked in hotel in afternoon hours and female receptionist gave us two rooms door by door as I asked for because of the kids. When I came to the room unpleasent surprise got me. First thing I saw were somebody's panties on the floor and bags. It was occupied room obviously. Imagine if I entered when that person was changing herself. I went to the reception, they apologized and gave us other two rooms but they were separated from one side the floor to another. I asked for closer rooms but could not get them. The same evening in the restaurant we waited exactly for one hour for the worst meal I ever tried, meat was burned. Kid said his was okay, but the rest so bad. The waitress had audacity to ask for a tip while paying, never had that experience before. Rooms are not well maintained, pictures attached. First morning I nicely asked the cleaning lady in front if she can bring me softer pillow and she said she would but never did. Next evening we called reception to bring us more towels they never did. When we were checking out the receptionist never looked in the eyes, said nothing like she wanted us to go. Both of the girls at reception had cold attitude and behaviour. Almost rolled eye on me when I got to ask something. We felt unwelcomed alI three days we stayed at hotel. I do not understand how this hotel can have four stars with such unpleasant staff. Only the male receptionist was polite and smiling despite a lot of work he had. And the one cleaning lady that brought me to another room they gave me, she was nice too. The lady at the welness desk impolitely sad to our kids that they cannot be there when they wanted go to the sauna. So we came 20:30 and she said they are closing even though it was working until 21h. Nothing of all of this would be matter only if that lady on check out was nice. I was shocked with her attitude while I was leaving. If I did not said thank you she wouldn't said anything, she was looking at the floor all the time like she couldn't wait for us to leave, they both did. I love Sarajevo, it was my third time and the worst experience. Never coming back again in this hotel.

The room is in very poor hygienic condition. Both the room and the bathroom are dirty, and upon arrival we were greeted with dirty towels, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink has no plug, causing unpleasant sewage odors to spread constantly. The overall condition of the room is very concerning from a hygiene and health safety perspective. Such conditions should not be offered to guests, especially as part of an organized tourist package.

Very good hotel in a great location with a beautiful view. The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether you are staying for just a day or two or longer. The staff is very friendly and always at your service.

Woken up by a mouse in the room

Everything is covered in fake drab opulence, it looks ok from a glance but look closer and it’s not. My whole flight was booked here after a cancellation and the reception staff wouldn’t book anyone into a single room, so many people had to share a twin with a random person. The reception staff seemed flummoxed that people wanted to check in, to be fair to them Ryanair may not have given them any information, they certainly gave us none.The room seemed ok at first but it looked on closer inspection like it had been recent put together very badly, pieces of decor were hanging off, the hair dryer hose was screwed into the dryer and the shower floor sloped away from the shower so the bathroom floor was a puddle.Up to this point it would have been a below average 2/3 out of 5 experience, but I was woken up 2-3 times throughout the night by some weird noises, the third time I went to investigate and found a mouse rummaging through my bag, which was the last straw and I packed and left early. I didn’t bother reporting it to the staff because they seemed to not care about anything. They also took our passports upon arrival and held them until we left, not ideal and left us feeling a bit trapped.There was a buffet dinner provided but the quality was sub par, the buttered rice tasted good but after looking at the other food I wouldn’t eat there again, skipped breakfast due to this so can’t comment on that.

Great value for money

After reading all the reviews after booking I was a little apprehensive. However I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it is dated and needs a spruce up and the smoking bit of the restaurant was overpowering . But we simply ate in the bit where people weren’t smoking and the food was amazing and great value for money . No problems with the room whatsoever it was clean and bed was very comfortable . The pool and sauna was lovely and great we could use the outdoor pool in hotel next door :). Breakfast was fine , lots of choice . Great value for money Uk standard I would say 3 star and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if I was to comeBack .
