I can’t say enough about what a pleasant and seamless experience I had! Traveling from overseas, I had a few basic questions before arrival, and they always responded quickly—something I really appreciated. In a country where cash is the norm, being able to use my credit card here was a huge help, especially since I didn’t have any local currency on hand when I arrived so late in the evening. Their shuttle service (20 euros each way) was top-notch. Though the hotel is quite close to the airport, it made a big difference for me as I was traveling with a lot of luggage, arriving late and leaving early which truly helped. The amenities were a wonderful surprise, and the restaurant on the 15th floor offered excellent views—perfect for enjoying my morning cappuccino. Check out was also super easy and seamless —They also offer excellent and affordable day trips in and around Sarajevo, which I highly recommend!The Staff were completely highly super friendly and I really didn’t want to leave because I felt super comfortable there!

Very big rooms and windows.Spacious bathroom with bidet and complimentary toiletries,as well as slippers and robe.Minibar,cattle,tea,coffee .Especially loved vine bottle opener)) and vine glasses.Good breakfast with great view of the city at 15th flour,but need more salads))

Vacation from the nightmare. The hotel doesn't deserve five stars, maybe three. In hotel parking, someone demolished the window and broke into the car. Hotel staff said that guests' and belongings' safety was their top priority, but unfortunately, it was a lie. After we signed off, they mailed me to say they were not responsible for damage to their parking. Avoid these “five” star scammers.

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were informed that the wellness is out of use for the time of our staying and in exchange the hotel upgraded us with a better room which was a great start to our stay. When we entered the room, the room looked so nice, clean, orderly and it was the same as in pictures. There was also a minibar which we did not use, but it is useful to have it just in case ?? Breakfast was served and the top floor with an amazing view of the city and food was delicious. We ate mini croissants, eggs, mini burek and drank tee and coffee. Location of the hotel is accessible if you are coming with a car and there is a tram station across the hotel. If you are coming with a car, there is a private and covered parking lot. To conclude, we really enjoyed our stay and we are definitely planning to come back soon.

As a frequent traveler to Europe, where I've stayed in various hotels, I'll say that this - The hotel is solid, but not necessarily a 5 star hotel (Trust me, I've stayed here twice). The front desk staff are very friendly, but not all equally trained or aware. The best front desk agent I dealt with at this hotel is Asad - If I'm getting his name right - I would even go as far and call him a model employee! A standard of service from him that genuinely carries 5 Star Hotelier service. Breakfast was the typical European style buffet and an had okay verity, but was not WOW. Room was clean and spacious as always. The location was good for me, but if your looking for something near the old part of town, this may not be the location for you. Otherwise no other hotel in Sarajevo can compete with the size of the room and readily available parking as this hotel and its location carries. While the rooms are definitely starting to look tired, they're well maintained otherwise. I look forward to coming back a third time to this property.
