    Excellent was traveling with the family great coffee from the manha reception very friendly and polite restaurant all very good waiters well trained and very attentive I have a negative point one of the attendants of the restaurant a gentleman I believe that is part of the management because I was in a very dispersed suit some dishes from the table came wrong he was pretty confused with the menu and with a strong smell of alcoholic beverage But on other issues it was all perfect Some details improve to be 1000% the experience Originally submitted in Portuguese on www.tripadvisor.com.br.     Business Class King is extremely disappointing

    I booked a business class king room that was supposed to be soundproofed and come with a separate sitting area so that I could have more space and work when I needed too.It’s certainly not sound proofed as I can hear the street, the lift button being pressed etc. also, a chair next to the bed does not constitute a separate sitting area for a class of room that is one below the suite.Really, really disappointing.     Great hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and obliging. I was amazed by the level of cleanliness. Sheets were changed very often and the room cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool was very nice and I used it almost every day. Breakfast excellent and food in dining room excellent. The area near the hotel is very save and located near a nice walking park.     Brand new hotel. Very comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated. Very good breakfast. The Bento restaurant is also beautifully decorated and the menu has a very tasteful. The staff is great and attentious.
