The location is a big plus if you’re staying in Alphaville. It’s close to business offices, good restaurants, and a couple of shopping spots, which made it very convenient during my stay. My office is in Osasco, and I found this to be one of the best and safest options in and around the Osasco area for a comfortable daily commute. Of course, it’s also an excellent choice if your work is in Alphaville.Atmosphere:The hotel has a calm and professional vibe. It’s not overly luxurious, but it feels polished and comfortable. Good for business travel, but still relaxed enough if you’re staying longer.Rooms:Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having a proper work desk. One small thing — the room décor feels slightly dated in parts, but everything is functional and well maintained.Value:Overall, it’s good value for money, especially considering the location and room size. If you’re booking for a work trip in Alphaville/Osasco, it’s a solid choice without stretching the budget too much.Cleanliness:Very clean across the board — room, bathroom, and common areas were all well kept. Housekeeping did a good job consistently.Noise Level:Since the hotel is located close to a main road, it can get a bit noisy during peak hours, especially when high-end sports bikes and cars speed up and rev. Outside of those times, it’s generally quite manageable.Service:Service was excellent throughout the stay. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth and pleasant.Amenities:The hotel offers good amenities including a solid breakfast spread, reliable Wi-Fi, and a functional gym. Really needs a significant upgrade

Stayed here in the lovely Alphaville area of São Paulo for business - to give some context, I am really not too fussy about business accommodation. I appreciate it is somewhere to just lay my head and budgets are important.But this hotel is poor - my room had not aged well and was very tired indeed. It had everything you needed but I don’t think it has been decorated since 1997.The bathroom smelled very funky and I stayed out of there for as much time as possible!That said, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfectly fine (although for dinner it was poor and I would eat elsewhere).Doubt I will be in this neck of the woods again in the near future (sadly) but I would not return here if I did. Comfortable and Convenient

Business trip to Alphaville, SP. Had some room issues, but the fantastic house keeping staff and the front desk promptly took care of it and changed my room. Great breakfast every morning and you have to visit Edson the wonderful bartender who makes a great caipirinha! Just stop by the Lobby bar! Fantastic hotel

The service and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and I enjoyed the coffee and bed was comfortable. A/C worked great! I would recommend the hotel and the breakfast and restaurant for any meal service. Guest employees were always very nice.
