    During my stay, I felt at home. All employees are willing to assist me without having to. From room service, through the maids, reception and administration. I felt that anytime I needed someone, I would be seconds away to meet my need. Even though my trip was for business, this was not a limiting factor so that I could see the attentiveness of the entire team. Here is my thanks to everyone, without exception. For sure, my next stay in Bauru will be at the Comfort Hotel Bauru. I highly recommend it.

    The good bits: staff were really nice and helpful, and spoke English. Room was nice and clean. Minibar in the room was reasonably priced. Not so good: limited menu at the hotel though they did offer to get take away delivered, even had menus so clearly Im not alone in thinking this! They had no white wine or beer in the bar! Restaurant area really was more like a cafe and smelt like the fryers needed a good clean. Breakfast was however good. Personally, I would have rather stayed at the blue tree towers over the road! Lack of food and beer did however lead to adventuring into town and finding a music festival 😊Plugs are 3 prong Brazilian.
