The rooms are comfortable - on site restaurant is awesome - breakfast has extensive options - location is central to shopping centers. Good value for money. The only drawback is the availability of drinking water. The services are awesome.

It was very comfortable stay in this Hotel in Belo Horizonte. All staff - professional and very helpfully. They speak very well English and can support about all urgent questions. Location-very good! Nice area around with bar’s and restaurants streets. Also recommend local restaurant for dinner- the food was delicious and waiters very polite! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Used the laundry service. They delivered all my laundry late, and lost 3 of my items. I didn’t realize until I was at the next location as it was delivered before I had to check out. It’s been 3 weeks after my trip and I still don;t have my lost laundry and the hotel insists I pay full price. Awful service.

Could Have Been A 5 Start Review Except for One Important Deficiency.

Overall, the hotel was very enjoyable. Very clean, very friendly, helpful and competent staff. Outstanding breakfast buffet and convenient location, only a short walk to many cafes and restaurants or a short Uber ride to local attractions. Would consider should we return to Belo Horizonte. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 except for the room. We reserved an "Upgraded Premium City View" room which of course is on the higher end of the room rates and were disappointed. Besides the desk chair, there was only one other chair for relaxing, and there was only a small closet for storing clothes. However, the biggest disappointment was the "city view" was the wall of another building under construction. The hotel should stop advertising a "city view". In retrospect, I should have asked to either change the room or for a discount.

Great view and cozy room. Gorgeous food quality. The pool are very clean and organized. The room service was exceptional, very respectful and helpful. In fact the best hotel experience I ever had. I Would definitely come back again.
