Beautiful property, employees need to do better

Absolutely stunning hotel inside. Amazing view of the water, heated pools. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Room was for the most part clean. Bathroom is an odd design, with a step up to get in, then separate partitions to the toilet and shower. There was mold in the corner of the shower.Bed was comfortable. Balcony doors don't fully close, there is still a gap. They don't provide do not disturb signs, so housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning. Very loud hallways in the morning. The breakfast was huge and fresh The staff is very hit or miss. Some of them came across arrogant and rude. Others went out of their way to help you. The valet one time, is walking up to the car as you are pulling up, the next time just pays no attention and you have to go to them. Bellhops were great, very hard working and a smile. Front desk was hit or miss as well. One person would go out of their way to help you, the other acting like you are an inconvenience. Summary - Unless you're a diplomat and want to be close to the President or you have kids and will be spending a lot of time at the pool, look elsewhere for less money. We had a great experience at the Windsor Plaza Brasilia

Wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip

I stayed at the Royal Tulip from September 1st to 8th for the 17th world wushu championships and must say I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but what really made my stay memorable was the staff, especially Vinicius.From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful with everything I needed. His professionalism combined with his warm and friendly manner made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such sincerity, and Vinicius did exactly that throughout my stay.I can honestly say that he made a huge difference in my experience at the Royal Tulip. Thank you to the entire team, and an extra thank you to Vinicius for making my trip so special. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Until we meet again!

Lovely stay with family

Stayed here for four nights with my mom and daughter while visiting Brasilia from California. The heated outdoor pool was absolutely the best aspect of this hotel. You can really relax in the pool because it is warm. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. You can't really walk anywhere from the hotel, but you can call an Uber right to the front of the hotel.
