Great place to stay !

Great place with good structure. Even you may have to walk a little bit to go to the famous places in buzios, they offer daily transportation to the best beaches also take you to Rua das Pedras at night - one way transportation, have to walk back (20 minutes). They are clean and friendly - the pool is excellent. If you upgrade the room, you can have hydro-massage as well. First we get a room with smell like sanitary, we change second night, restaurant very bad we had received advice to take half pension! Buffet with all the time the same food, pasta, and very bad pasta! this place is close to beach,shops, nightlife, etc, by walking 15-20mins. the hotel concierge have workers that speak english,spanish,portuguese.Its clean & friendly. breakfast is from 7am to 9am. The food is fantastic. the rest is open all day for lunch/dinner.Buzios have the best beaches in brazil. some are for surfing others for just relaxing. oh.. what ever you do when at the beach, You will see "seats" on the sand, IF you sit down... you have to order food or buy drinks from that restaurant. (the seat Is NOT for FREE!) But the food is cheap &yummy. (under $10) once you eat/buy from that seat/rest, You can stay there all day. the most expensive nightclub in buzios, is previlliage & pacha niteclub, expect to pay $50 australian just to get in. Because of the International DJ's . otherwise most of the other discos/clubs are free entry.All the shops in Buzios, only speak portuguese & understand spanish. So brush up on the language. So you dont get ripped off by them or taxis. All the restaurant menu's are in spanish/portuguese. they have plenty of ATM and money exchange shop. when you leave Rio Airport for the trip to Buzios is a 3hr bus/coach ride. You stop off at oasis Gral, is a small shopping centre, they have toilets,food, atms, gifts. Stock up on some food,water& get some money out, because we arrived in Buzios at 7pm at night..&we went straight to sleep. ***** very important, at Rio Airport they do not have money exchange places. IT doesnt exist! So exchange your money before you arrive in brazil. we exchanged our money in australia,& chile. Im planning my next trip next yr to buzios,brasil.
