  Everything was nice and clean. Nice service from the friendly staff. Really good breakfast with many options. Location is ok, but it is probably 10 minutes walk from the center, no problem at all if you have a car available. All in all we were very happy with our stay at Vila Pitanga, and we would be happy to come back another time.   Highly Overrated

  We couldn't believe that this place had a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence. There were ants and other insects in the room (and a bottle of pesticide for your convenience). Breakfast was not replenished as items ran out. One day the eggs were dried out, one day there were none left, and one day they were cold. There were tiny ants and fruit flies by the food. Dirty dishes wouldn't be cleared until the end of breakfast. The staff spoke little English, and the nighttime staff spoke barely any English at all. Yes, the place looks charming, but in a town full of accommodations, I'm shocked this place is so well regarded.   If you're looking for a small hotel, in a great location, only 10 minutes from Rua de Pedras or centro, a short walk from Feradura beach then you can not go wrong with Vila Pitanga. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is simple but good. The price is good value for money. This was my second stay here and will be coming back. It is also very relaxing.The only negative would be the buggy hire company they recommended. The beach buggy wasn't the best and I wouldn't use that hire company again.   A very charming and cozy inn. Nice people, good prices. Benefits-cost very good. Neighborhood very safety and quiet, and near the city center, you can by walking at Rua Das Pedras. Breakfast is included and it's very good.   An inviting place, quiet, modern and friendly

  Place a 10-minute walk from the city center. Spacious, rich breakfast, always playing nice quiet music in the background, color of wood, green, orange and red and white give colorful place. The rooms are spacious with a modern design and with all the needs travels needs.
