    The room was decent and clean. But not a place you want to stay for long. First, there is no tissue paper, just toilet paper. There is no drawers for your stuff or clothes. Spaces to put things were limited and I had to ask them to remove the mini-bar stuff. I ended up leaving my clothes and some other stuff in my suitcases. The coffee in the room hasn't been replaced.Breakfast was ok. Not much greens to eat if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Coffee was surprisingly disappointing for a Brazilian hotel. Lots of breads and cake selection. I like the fresh juice bar which one get to select the fruit for them to juice. Gym has basic equipment and since it is at the top floor it has a nice view around.There is a supermarket and quite a fair number of restaurants (mainly Italian) walking distance from the hotel. And that is a plus to anyone who is considering if they want to book this hotel.I had a room behind but I heard it was very noisy for those facing the front from the traffic. I know of two people who asked to move due to the traffic.

    The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning ( sheets not changed in over a week until I kicked up a fuss despite asking numerous times, trash not emptied, loo paper not replaced , tea and coffee and cups not replaced despite being used) to the LACK of management at breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! Multiple guests were wearing radisson branded slippers and when I pointed this out they then arrived. Everything seemed to be a huge effort for the staff. This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand. No one greets the guests in the lobby and certainly no offer to assist you with bags. And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!     Avoid, impossible to get an invoice with company name

    This is not a professional hotel because:1. They cannot deliver an invoice to my name and the name of my company2. Staff is reckless and does not care to help, despite several request.3. Rooms are very noisy, you could not sleep because my neighbours watched TV all nights4. Rooms are very small, with insects, not sure this hotel is clean5.     Worth The Stay - Stylish and Accommodating

    Second time staying at this hotel (five nights). Modern style. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice and HELPFUL staff. In a good neighborhood with several restaurants and bars around in walking distance. AC is awesome! Some English channels - not a lot. No more Happy Hour...:( Elevators are good when hotel not full. I was there during full occupancy so they were slow. Rooms can be a bit small - suggest you book the suite versions which are on the top floors. Only four rooms / floor. Definitely one of the better hotels in the city.     This hotel is pretty carefully with handling the covid situation. They are protecting every guest.
