I'm staying in this property for the third time+ ves+ Clean and comfortable beds+ Good Wifi with no limts on the number of devices that can be connected+ Wifi throughout the property including car park+ Breakfast is good with very limited but good quality dishes+ Safe locker and Mini bar+ Conveniently located, a short distance from the highway+ Gym (Limited)+ Good quality television with a few English Channels-ves- Maintenance could be better- No coffee maker/water heater in the room- They charge almost 3.5 Real for a small flask of hot water- Air conditioning is weak and is of smaller capacity; takes a long time to cool the room ggeralcfr, Manager at Comfort Hotel Franca, responded to this review Dear Mr. AzharFirst I would like to thank for having provided much of his time to share with us their hosting experience! Practical and comfortable hotel near the access of the city of Franca-SP

Good service at check-in. Clean and comfortable. I preferred the back rooms because they are quieter. Good exercise room. Dinner features delicious and good service menu. I ordered a soup with delicious chicken. Free and stable Internet link. Not far from shopping shoes and leather goods. Traditional commerce of France. The hotel is one of the accesses to the city: Miguel Avenue Sabio de Mello, 1505. Easy to get in and out. bad coffee in Brazil!!

I have often stayed at this hotel, where the service is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and overall the facilities are good. However, the worst thing in this hotel, which is situated in a major coffee producing region of Brazil, is the coffee served at breakfast! It is disgusting, to the point of being virtually undrinkable, and is disgraceful in a region (and country) known for its superb coffee. Also, the breakfast, reasonable in the past, was really poor this time, with little choice of cereals, no plain yoghurts, and little choice of fresh fruit. Again, in Brazilian hotels, the breakfasts are usually of an excellent standard, so it was really disappointing. As a reduced mobility traveller, I had my "usual" adapted room, on the whole OK, but there was no seat in the shower which might cause a problem for a severely disabled traveller. There is room for improvement...
