Perfect for purpose

Needed a 5-hour overnight accommodation. Early morning departure for Santiago was at 05h50. In order to get a few hours sleep we needed somewhere on airport premises. Fast Sleep Suites was perfect. Rooms are filled by the Queen-size bed, desk shelf and chair. 2 adults, 2 suitcases and 2 laptop bags filled the remaining floor space. Bed was comfortable, very little aircraft noise, clean en-suite bathroom and piping hot water in the shower. No in-room coffee station. Small selection of snacks and soft drinks at the efficient reception area. All reviews comment on the fact that there are 2 Fast Sleep Suites accessed from Terminal 2. En-suite rooms are in Terminal 2 West. We arrived at international arrivals on SAA. Never found signs to Terminal 2 West. My advice is to go up to the Departures level, walk towards Terminal 2 B & C departures. At McDonalds look for the lift opposite McDonalds. You see Hotel signs across the main walkway from McDonalds. Go down a floor and follow the Hotel sign along a short passage. A warm welcome awaits. If you accidentally end up in the "back packer" Fast Sleep Suites in Terminal 2 East, the reception there provides clear and accurate directions to the other hotel. Fast Sleep Suites in Terminal2 West is a good 15min walk to Latam international checkin. This is a great place. They rent rooms at the airport for 2 hrs at a time or for the night. Our room had no window but a big bed, TV and ensuite bathroom, and was clean and just what we needed to recover from our flight. Come prepared for an expensive, tiny room, with a bad humor front desk

Terrible service from front desk (Maria Eduarda), No flexibility, No empathy. Zero Customer Focus. Came twice to check if I was gone 3 minutes after I came in the room to helpi my wife and handicapped mother in law to settle, as room could not accomodate 3 individuals. Zero respect. Worth it. Better than paying expensive hotel.

Great value. Tiny rooms,but super clean. The shared bathrooms are cleaned basically after every use. They come with fresh towels. Was able to get some good sleep.
