  WARNING: Double Charged and Ignored! Worst Service Ever.

  Do NOT book this hotel. I was double-charged for my stay, and the hotel has been refusing to refund me and is now completely ignoring my requests. Here is the detailed account of my nightmare experience.I stayed at this hotel from February 12th to 14th via Agoda. The issue began when my first reservation (Agoda Booking ID: 1698045280), made under a nickname, showed as "not confirmed." To ensure I had a place to stay, I had to make a second reservation (Agoda Booking ID: 1697904027) using my real name, which was confirmed. I checked in on Feb 12th and stayed for two nights.However, I later discovered that I was charged for both bookings. When I requested a refund through Agoda, the hotel had the audacity to claim that I was a "No-Show" for the first booking and refused to refund. I was physically there! The only reason there were two bookings was that the hotel/system failed to confirm the first one promptly.I explained this clearly to Agoda and requested a refund again. This time, the hotel rejected it claiming the "cancellation period had expired." This is absurd. This wasn't a voluntary cancellation; it was a double payment caused by their own system error.Agoda told me to contact the hotel directly. There is no email address on their website, only a WhatsApp number. I sent multiple messages, but they don't even read them; I only receive an automated reply telling me to call them via phone. As a foreigner who doesn't speak Portuguese, is it reasonable to expect me to pay for expensive international calls when digital communication tools like email or WhatsApp exist? Why even list a WhatsApp number if you aren't going to use it?To make matters worse, during my stay, the toilet in my room broke, forcing me to move all my luggage to a different room late at night.This was the absolute worst accommodation experience of my entire trip. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range nearby. Save your money and your sanity—do not stay here. jaime m, at Del Rey Quality Hotel, responded to this review Hello, good afternoon. You did not pay the hotel; you paid this partner, so any issues must be addressed with them.

  Outstanding hotel from several standpoints. The rooms are super clean. You have everything you need in the room including luggage holder, wardrobe, and safe. Excellent shower pressure. The rooftop pool was very nice. Superb service at breakfast JULIETA was absolutely fantastic and made me omelette two days in a row- she was really Lovely helpful lady.   Very friendly, comfortable and quiet. The reception arranged breakfast for us, even though we left very early at 3:30 in the morning. Thank you!

  If you want a room with lots of beds or a room with no window or a room with an internal window. Then this is your hotel. We are a retired couple who were given a room with 4 beds. Then a room with no window. Eventually after asking for a room with 2 beds and a window ( not much to ask for) we were given an acceptable room !!! Overlooking a scrap yard !!
