  Not bad, not great

  A large hotel with an impressive facade and entrance way. We tried the 'all you can eat' buffet evening meal which was ok, but the dining hall setting left us feeling that it was one step from being an all inclusive hotel.The reception staff range from very helpful to very unhelpful. We had to have their IT people looking into why we had no WiFi in our room on 2 seperate occasions before we were offered a change in room and the room we were moved to had less effective A/C as the previous. One of the lifts kept sticking and we were disappointed that there was no replenishment of water in the room or tea/coffee making facilities.Good position though close to the falls and borders with Argentina and Uruguay with several days trips on offer and decent breakfast.   Great relaxing hotel

  Great hotel to relax after spending all day at the Falls. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Buffet style with loads of choice, including gluten free options. It's a short walk to the Mall if you want other food options but the restaurant was great value and quality. There's a lovely outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments to relax. The bedroom was massive, with king bed which was so comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here.   Comfy hotel close to the falls

  The hotel is nothing very special, just like any other ‘Holiday Inn” style, but comfy enough. We we given a room with a view of the top of the reception roof, so we left the curtains closed! The reception staff could be a little friendlier and their English isn’t great, which is surprising given the number of international guests. The pool area is nice, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good quality with lots of options. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.   The room was comfortable and practical, nothing too fancy. The room was presented very clean and organized.
