Very good value for the money

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent location next to a Shopping Center.Although the hotel is beginning to show signs of Age, it is very comfortable and far better than Comfort hotels in the USA.The breakfast is another very positive point.I come to Londrina once a year and always enjoy staying here. Bad maintenance and deteriorating structure

Comfort suites Londrina stayed

Staffs are not friendly. Did not welcome guests when we arrived. The One Queen Bed Suite we booked are on top floor and the roof top have lots of engines sound that made it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not automatic do house keeping. We need to inform the front desk everyday. Even thou the house keeping was done, the bedsheets was not changed. We still see blood stained bedsheets. The hotel does not provide tooth brush and tooth paste like most hotels. Not sure if is because of pandemic cut costs. No free water in the hotel. Is different from what we have expected as we saw the good reviews from Agoda so we decided to book this hotel. Well we must say is dissappointing.No we will not recommend friends and we will not return if we are in this city again. Great, but needs a bit more care

Good hotel with great breakfast, excellent location by the side of a shopping mall. Service is good and nice staff. My room had the air conditioner control falling into pieces and therefore not working. The night had 32 C temperature, and therefore sleeping in the warm room was challenging.
