The hotel has an excellent location and hospitality. The highlight is the reception team! Extremely kind, attentive, and prepared professionals. We made a mistake with the reservation date, but the receptionist was quick and assertive in resolving the problem. I highly recommend! Originally submitted in Portuguese on www.tripadvisor.com. Absolutely amazing hotel

    rating22 Dec 2018

This hotel provided the best service we've ever gotten at any hotel around the world. They upgraded us and treated us like royalty about everything: booking tours, room service, cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The manager José was particularly attentive and nice. The hotel made our trip so much better than we expected, and we will definitely come back to Maceió because of this hotel. It's also right across the street from an excellent dessert/coffee place called Ruca. And it's perfectly located in the middle of the boardwalk. camilacruzdezen, Gerente geral at Comfort Hotel Maceio, responded to this review Hello Abigail,we at the Comfort Hotel Maceio thank you for your comments and were very happy. When you come to Maceió again, we will be waiting for you.Thank you for the compliments, it is an honor to receive you again.Team Comfort Hotel Maceió
