  Fair price and good location

  Hotel with excellent location and good infrastructure. Fair price for location to complete surroundings. Restaurant infrastructure in the region is well served and the nearby beach has several attractions. The hotel picks for a breakfast with little variety.   Hotel with good location, but the experience with breakfast was not good

  The hotel is well located, and maybe that is the main positive point. The room is also ok, standard room and with good space. What left us very dissatisfied was the lack of sensitivity of the hotel staff. We asked to pick up a banana at breakfast to go out for a morning run, and then take breakfast at the turn of the run, and that we were denied. Another point is that we found the breakfast well below expectation, some items were poorly tasted, like sausage. In addition, the mixed egg was finished, and we waited about 20 minutes waiting for reposition, warning the staff, but still it was not repositioned and we decided not to wait anymore. Our experience, even staying short in the hotel, was not good.   Absolutely amazing hotel

  This hotel provided the best service we've ever gotten at any hotel around the world. They upgraded us and treated us like royalty about everything: booking tours, room service, cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The manager José was particularly attentive and nice. The hotel made our trip so much better than we expected, and we will definitely come back to Maceió because of this hotel. It's also right across the street from an excellent dessert/coffee place called Ruca.
