  Overall: Great hotel with an excellent and professional staff. Simple, clean, well ran hotel in Maceió. Two mini blocks from the beach and a stone throw away from many many great restaurants to satisfy anyone’s price range and taste.If you are into sports, many gyms close by and also a quick 5 minute walk to the beach where it seems like everyone is active and doing something positive about their health. Room service. Excellent on time and consistent. Room 604 was excellent.Breakfast: Special thank you for an excellent breakfast team. You actually get “real” cracked eggs here. I enjoyed the Tapioca sandwich.Overall, clean, friendly, professional, well kept and relaxing hotel. Recommended for the business patrons and those seeking to soak in the beach life in Maceió.   Comfortable stay in Maceio, near the beach, excellent services

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Maceio for a week while in Brazil on a business (research) trip. I really enjoyed it - the location is great, just a few blocks from the beach but not directly on it. It's close to a good stretch of the beach as well, quite near some of the best beach bars in town. The rooms were fairly basic, but had everything you would need, either for a business or holiday stay, and it was perfectly comfortable. I found the staff friendly and helpful - everyone I interacted with. Best of all was the breakfast - excellent! Lots of fresh fruit and typical Brazilian breakfast foods, including regional specialties like 'bolo de tapioca.' For me, the breakfast was suitable quality for a fancier (and pricier) hotel.   My wife and I where staying in Maceio for one night, so we booked this hotel. I have to admit I was surprised to see a Holiday Inn in Brazil (I grew up in the US & Canada), so was curious about the level of service at the hotel. The rooms are new, and the service was decent as well. The breakfast room however is I feel too small for the size of the hotel. It was very congested in early January, primarily because you had a lot of groups staying at the hotel. All-around, I would give it 4 stars as it measured up to what I had expected in as far a staying at a Holiday Inn is concerned.

  Hotel well located, one block from Pajuçara beach, excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious room, great price. helpful and friendly staff. Lopana Beach Bar is just a few steps. Parmegiano Italian food too. It's to come back.   Very clean, the staff is great, breakfast is outstanding.-

  One block from the beach, very clean (I'm very peeky), good airconditioning, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. We would go back next time we are in Maceio. Great place if you need to travel solo or with a baby. Pls note that there is no restaurant inside the hotel, but there are restaurants in the same building. prices were pretty fair.
