If you are looking for classic and comfortable business lodging, this is the place. We enjoyed a quick two nights in Manaus for a jungle tour. Our room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we are accustomed to in the U.S. The air conditioning was wonderful. The hotel restaurant is top notch. The breakfast buffet has many delicious options. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there as well with excellent service from the restaurant staff. The hotel staff were professional, helpful, and spoke great English. The hotel is in an industrial area but we were able to easily use Uber to get to our destinations. This month, I had the opportunity to say at the Comfort Hotel while I was speaking at a conference! The room was very comfortable, the food at the restaurant wonderful ...but the most important thing was the fabulous, friendly, caring service of all the staff! Melissa, at the front desk, went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed at all times! Pawel, in the restaurant, took care of all my food needs! I didn’t just feel like I was staying at a hotel, I felt like I was staying with friends! Thank you - Obrigada - to all! It's good and comfortable hotel near my customer's company. It just takes 10 minutes to go there. Very convenient to go city center and take around. But you have to take a taxi, you can ask for counter for helping you call a taxi. Good place to stay

The hotel is clean, have wide rooms with a very friendly staff. The price is good. The location is quite far from downtown, restaurants and malls. The negative point in my opinion was the restaurant, the food was not good, with a high price and the waiters don’t pay much attention in you. I recommend to satay, but go out to eat and enjoy the excellent food in Manaus.

Location for those who are in Manaus for business in the industrial district or in the ports.The toon is spacious and I suppose any floor is silent.There is a shopping mall located 5 minutes by car with some places to eat.Good restaurantes with dishes that goes from 15-30 USD.Good breakfast. Attencious staff. Nothing to complain about them.Horrible internet which spoils the business experience that the hotel should provide.Better the Íbis that is located in the same neighborhood.
