  Good hotel to relax

  The hotel is a bit far from the Maragogi city itself. You may need to walk on the road edge. The hotel covers a big area and the staff is helpful trying to keep everything neat. The structure is big but some areas need maintenance, maybe this happens due to the climate on the seaside. The rooms were spacious, a good size bathroom and I selected a room with a varanda. Comfy bed/ pillows., clean. There were not many options to eat outside the hotel as it was a bit off-season. We decided to had every meal at the hotel buffet restaurant, the meals were good, trying to vary a bit everyday on options. A long stretch of beach available just in the back . A covered area with table games in case of rain. A big pool. Probably a 3-4 star hotel for WW standards.

  Wonderful place! Beautiful beach and the sea is amazing: warm and quiet water, pristine light blue and turquoise. The hotel is excellent, clean and tidy, spacious rooms. Delicious food, waiters are friendly and helpful, as all the staff. Most nights there were music shows and entertainment for children. A place to come back!!

  Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I would really recommend staying here. The scenery is gorgeous. The employees are very friendly and accommodating, rooms were very clean.   The hotel has a poor maintenance. The pool needs to be cleaned every day. Besides the cleaning issue, the food is tasteless, few options, and being at the beach, there was no seafood.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Expensive. It wasn’t worth it.

  Overall the hotel is well equipped.Reception:Check in and check out are easy however the billing system is in desperate need of an upgrade.The items consumed in the hotel which are not part of your package, are logged into a notebook and not directly into an automated system.At the end of your staying, I advise you to check all the notes against the final bill. Mine came with extra bottles of water and my mum had meals she never had.Facilities:Again in need of maintenance and upgrading. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool area and entertainment are really good. The restaurant serves good food. I don't recommend if you have extreme dietary requirements. The drinks can take ages to arrive.The staff is friendly and always happy to help.Overall is a good place to stay, day trips can be organised within the hotel however, just in need of maintenance and upgrading.
