  A little bit of paradise

  The first time in Brazil, without knowing the language, was difficult. Having the manager Maria with a good command of English was a life saver. Not only could she speak English, but it was so helpful with anything we needed. In fact,all the staff members were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them, they all went above and beyond what would normally be expected.   Great hotel, great location on the beach, nice swimmingpools and good foodClean, friendly and safeI stayed with my family for two weeks and never regretted one minuteI hope to come back soon, it will be my favorite place to stay in Brasil, can recomend it to everybody

  Firstly i went to Brazil for the first time amd by myself i may add ..the staff bentbover backwards to help me try and navigate aroundvthe language barrier ..they were kind .polite and very helpful dispute me not knowing a single word of the language .The manager Maxmad e me feel welcome right from the beginning and issue I had no matter how big or small due to the language barrier was resolved instantly..In my opinion I would have liked some of the staff to know a little more English but in all honest maybe it is me that needs to adapt aswell ..the hotel looks amazing and orientated towards the needs of the guests..air con bigbpatio doors in the bedroom and my own Jacuzzi...the hotel is situated a stone's throw away from the beach ...the tide can be a little rough but never the less it is and has beautiful sandy setting with the hot sun and the cool breeze it was a perfect combination ..I would highly recommend this deluxe and beautiful hotel to anyone ..I will be going again for sure ..
