  Good All-inclusive option in Natal !

  We went for a week in February to this hotel. The experience overall was really good, it has a lot of good things (specially if you take the "Sehrs inclusive" package, beacuase that way you can relax on the food and drinks because mostly is covered (except for some premium drinks and some special foods) ... the pool was very good, and eventhough the hotel was full you can manage to get a place to avoid the direct (and very warm) sun of Natal.The food at the buffet restaurant was very good for brazilian standards, and it gets close to the good hotels in the Caribbean (Punta Cana & Cancun) ... the Tapiro (meat restaurant) was a great option included in the "all-inclusive" package. (And the small VIP breakfast at that retaurnt).A great discovery was the "Escape Room" the hotel ha s in its second floor ... it was an excellent experience for our family, and our kids really enjoyed "escaping" from the room !The only "drawback" in our stay was that our room has partial view (we chose that becuase of the layout of the beds) .... but in hindsight we would have chosen a better view of the ocean !!   An unforgettable family stay

  We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities. We would especially like to commend the Spa Zen team: the massage therapists and Leticia, the nail technician, who did a beautiful job on my two daughters' nails.We also want to highlight the exceptional service from the waitstaff, especially Cicero, who was incredibly kind and attentive, as well as Margarida and Jayame. Additionally, the Escape Room team—Moranguinho, Cristal, and Chaveirinho—were fantastic and made the experience so much fun.A very special thank you to the hotel staff for helping us arrange a beautiful birthday surprise for our twin daughters and for the lovely gift they shared with them. Overall, the entire team was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!   Nice hotel, but they need to invest in improving the way they treat their staff and employ more, so they don’t over work

  The hotel is nice, the view amazing!, the rooms are great, but the hotel needs to invest more on their team, give them better work treat, it seams that they make them work more hours than correct, because the majority are always upset, sad, and they never give you a smile, the service is very poor, not typical from Brazilians, plus you see very few people working, and the same everyday, for so many clients that stay at the hotel.
