  ⸻Infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Começou no atendimento inicial, os dois atendentes foram extremamente grossos, estávamos em lua de mel, esse foi o único lugar que nos hospedamos que não deram nenhum agrado para o casal. O rapaz da recreação foi gente boa, mas os dois atendentes do hotel da recepção foram horríveis, gerentes etc decepcionante, muito mal educados. O quarto era muito apertado, apesar de muito limpo, mas desconfortável. O chuveiro soltava uma água com cheiro desagradável, o que tornou até o banho algo desagradável. No entanto, o ponto mais crítico foi a piscina. A água estava completamente suja, com uma aparência turva e com resíduos estranhos boiando, o que causou muita preocupação com a higiene do local. Sinceramente, esperava uma estrutura minimamente adequada, e o que encontrei foi descaso total com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. It started right at check-in — both front desk attendants were extremely rude. We were on our honeymoon, and this was the only place we stayed where we didn’t receive even the smallest gesture for the couple. The recreation guy was very friendly, but the two receptionists at the hotel were terrible, as were the managers — rude and completely unprofessional.The room was very small — although very clean — but uncomfortable. The shower released water with a bad smell, which made even taking a bath unpleasant. However, the worst part was the pool. The water was visibly dirty, cloudy, and had strange floating debris, which raised serious concerns about the hygiene and maintenance of the place.Honestly, I expected at least a basic level of care and structure, but what I found was a complete disregard for the guests’ comfort and well-being.   Excellent hotel and attention of the personal. We had a great experiencie! We’ll definitely come back! Vinicius and David were really attentive and satisfied all our needs.
