All the best as we deserve!

  24 Sept 2026

Of all the times I've been in Porto Seguro, this being the 4th, it was the best hotel. Accommodation, cleanliness, location, structure, food, and the empathy of the staff in general, in addition to being a modern, beautiful, and safe space. Gerente Ramada Porto Seguro, General Manager at Ramada By Wyndham Porto Seguro Praia, responded to this review Prezado hóspede,Agradecemos por compartilhar sua avaliação e por escolher o Ramada para sua estadia em Porto Seguro.O retorno dos nossos hóspedes é importante para acompanharmos continuamente nossos serviços e nossa estrutura. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!! I do not recommend this place!!!!

  01 Jul 2025

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. It started right at check-in — both front desk attendants were extremely rude. We were on our honeymoon, and this was the only place we stayed where we didn’t receive even the smallest gesture for the couple. The recreation guy was very friendly, but the two receptionists at the hotel were terrible, as were the managers — rude and completely unprofessional. The room was very small — although very clean — but uncomfortable. The shower released water with a bad smell, which made even taking a bath unpleasant. However, the worst part was the pool. The water was visibly dirty, cloudy, and had strange floating debris, which raised serious concerns about the hygiene and maintenance of the place.Honestly, I expected at least a basic level of care and structure, but what I found was a complete disregard for the guests’ comfort and well-being. Gerente Ramada Porto Seguro, General Manager at Ramada By Wyndham Porto Seguro Praia, responded to this review Prezada Sra. We sincerely regret that your perception of your stay with us was negative. We value respect and kindness in the service provided to all our guests, and we strive to ensure that each experience — whether it's a special occasion like a birthday, honeymoon, or simply a relaxing getaway — is welcoming and memorable. Our team is trained to provide quality service and attention in all departments, from the front desk to management, and we are truly sorry that this was not reflected during your stay.Regarding the pool, it is important to mention that during periods of heavy rain and strong winds, the water quality may be temporarily affected despite all regular maintenance efforts.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your observations are important and help us in our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.Atenciosamente,Claudia GurgelGerente Geral
