I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I recently had at one of your properties. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I have always appreciated the high standards of amenities and service that your hotels offer across the globe. However, my recent stay at the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel in Brazil was far below the standards I have come to expect from Wyndham Hotels.On March 26, 2025, my colleagues and I checked into the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel at midnight, for a business trip. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, our experience was less than satisfactory. Both my room and those of my colleagues had no hot water, and the air conditioning controls in my room were not functioning properly. As a result, I was unable to take a hot shower and had to sleep in a room with an air conditioning unit (split) blasting cold air directly over my head.The following morning, the hot water issue persisted, and I was forced to take a cold shower, before heading to an important business meeting. Same happened to all other 4 members of my party. When we addressed these concerns with the reception staff, we were met with total indifference and no apologies were offered for the inconvenience we experienced. I also expressed that we should not be required to pay for the lack of basic services, but our concerns were dismissed without any consideration.This experience is unacceptable and a clear deviation from the high standards that Wyndham Hotels are known for. As a frequent traveler and customer, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and the indifferent attitude of the hotel staff.I kindly request a full refund for the amount paid for my stay at the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel. I have attached the bill for your reference.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. The Wyndham garden hotel Is a lovely place to stay at. The neighbourhood is very safe, with a lovely park just across the road, don’t need to worry about security. The hotel food is nice, room is clean and staff are very friendly, especially Ryan who has been an absolute treat, was helping along, his English had made everything very easy for us. Service and cleanliness need improvement

The service and staff are very poor. Their cutting costs is clear everywhere in the cheapest ways. Fir ex, at check in, instead of putting the key in a little jacket, the receptionist wrote my room number and wifi code (which was wrong BTW) on a small sticky note. My do not disturb door sign was so cheap that it tore up so instead of giving me s new one, they just made a hole in the old one and hung it on the door handle (see photo). I asked for towels they actually were never delivered (I found them above the toilet). Floor mat fir the shower had several holes in it (see photo). St check out had to wait for someone to go into the room to check the minibar. Simply ridiculous. Cleanliness could improve. Towels and toiletries were poor (there’s no Kleenex in room); TV remote doesn’t work consistently. No comfy chair to sit and read. Good points- there are a nice park nearby and a good bakery/ restaurant next door; AC was good; quiet overall; ok breakfast; bed was ok. Overall, pretty forgettable. Poor service and cleanliness needs improvement. There are better options in town.

I’ve never experience such a service in a Wyndham hotel here are the reasons:1) reserved a queen bed, they tried to place me on a twin and wanted to charge me extra for a queen2) there were screws on the bathroom floor 3) employee rude in generalNot a welcome feeling! Wonderful Hotel, best place to stay with your family or a business meet. I loved room, sweet bed, clean and confortable. Good breakfast with many options, I recomend this Hotel.
