    Great location, the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at this hotel twice on this trip and both times were great. Breakfast is the best and the rooftop pool bar and restaurant is wonderful.

    The staff are amazing. The food was pretty good. The elevators were not working well. The pool was murky and uninviting. The location was unbeatable. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

    When you look at the price thinking that this is a luxury hotel it's far from it. Choose another hotel the same area Ipanema. Any hotel is as good as this one for half of the price. Breakfast is terrible vegetarian products cheese and other things are next to it meat and people uses the same tongues. There is no hot water or whenever there is hot water it is actually cold. I stayed there 4 days and in 4 days I could not have a hot cup of tea even though I mentioned it to them several times. I do not recommend it.

    I stayed at Arena Ipanema Hotel for nine days, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.The absolute highlight is the location – just a short walk to Ipanema Beach, which makes it incredibly convenient for daily beach trips. The hotel also offers beach towels, which is a great and thoughtful touch.The rooftop is another standout feature. It’s a perfect place to relax, with great views and a nice atmosphere whether you’re starting or ending your day.What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-minded throughout the entire stay. They consistently went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, which made a big difference.The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.All in all, a great hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

    All good, the room was comfortable enough. The breakfast buffet had good options and the location is great. Rooftop had a nice view.
