    B&B Hotel a big mess, get away from this place!

    I made Reservation and paid by the website, to stay in this hotel on September 18th/24. When the Reservation confirmation arrived, the date had been changed to yesterday (06/09). I tried to reverse the site, which is HORROROSE, without success. I contacted the reception where I was informed that when there is no room availability for a future date, the website returns the Reservation for the day it is being made. And that at the reception they couldn't back up, that is, would have to do by the site, but I had already tried, but without success. I was advised to call the reservation center. I called the Reservation center and was informed that there would be room availability, but it was a chairwheel room. There would be no problem, but the following information was that given the demand, I would have to pay + or - 50% more than the amount I had already paid. I said I ⁇ 't pay and I wanted my money back. The attendant Tiago said that he would send a form by email, but it has been 24 hours and nothing.     Good hotel, well located, especially for those going to the Engineer. This time I was scared with the attendance of Jéssica, my husband and I arrived on Saturday 20/07 at the check-in, he attended us in an arrogant way, petulant, responding in a cold way, I was very sad, so to attend this way.     If you're going to a show at Engenhão, this is the place!!!

    I was at the Taylor Swift show on 11/19 in Engenhão and I couldn't have had a better hotel to stay in, I was able to get to and from Engenhão on foot and I didn't have any problems with getting around, I saved money on the transfer and what's more, I went in complete safety without worrying about rushingFriends who are going to see your artist or your team at Engenhão, this is definitely the place!!!     Good hotel. Friendly and prompt reception. There is covered parking (25 reais per day). Located in front of the north shopping mall, which is great for support. For those going to events at the Engenhão stadium, the hotel is sensational, with access on foot in 15 minutes to the northern access to the stadium.     The hotel is very friendly and offers a very spacious and comfortable room. The staff is very kind. Both at reception and in the cafe. Kelly Cris, Renata and Cátia shined at the excellent breakfast, including green juice. It is a short distance from the Engenhão stadium, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and in front of Norte Shopping.
