    Awful attitude from the team and the manager. They were rude and even threatened a 16 year old with security.     We were served raw chicken in the hotel restaurant. Within hours, both of us became extremely sick, completely bed bound for days!We were still sick after days going back home on a 12hour international flight. It was terrifying, humiliating and absolutely unacceptableWe reported this to the manager. They ADMITTED the mistake and PROMISED A FULL REFUND AS COMPENSATION. After we checked out they disappeared. NO calls, NO emails, NO WhatsApp, NO Instagram was properly answered for almost 2 weeks! When they answered they DENIED the refund that they promised and DON’T want to pay.The rest of the stay was just as bad: rooms smelling of garlic, extremely loud noice from the gym and the streets.On top of that they ruined a HUNDREDS of euros worth suit with bleach stains.
