    Great location but disappointing service

    The location is very good. Breakfast is the highlight of the stay, but unfortunately the staff service was poor.Room cleanliness and shower water pressure are fine, but the towels consistently smelled strongly of chlorine. The pool was very disappointing and felt misleading compared to the photos, and guests playing loud music in that area made it worse. Overall, the hotel was quite expensive for what was offered.

    This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in, one star is for location and the other for the breakfast, it is all so run down and old including all the linen. The bathroom and beds were filthy.

    Great staff, went out of their way to help and spoke good English. Room was great, 2 double beds. Location was excellent, only 2 blocks from Copacabana beach. Safe area with plenty of places to eat and drink near by. There is renovation works going on during our stay, but this did not bother us. However there was consideable dust in the lift and communal area, suggest more frequent cleaning of these areas whilst the wor is ongoing. Buffet breakfast was really good, with a great choise of hot and cold food, fruit and pastries. Good value for money hotel

    4 days 5 nights. Not every day the room was made. very old towels, since the first day dirty dirty towels. Last day we arrive late and tired. not beds made, not clean floor, all the trash keepers from 2 days. I ask for service and even do they had a made SHE DIDNT WANT TO swap the floor or change the bags of the trash. She did brought towels ( dirty). How we know? not only the hair on them. But they were like showed on the picture. the boy at he front desk Matias he tried his best ! but he was alone with a big check in group. One bad experience is all you need to erase the good ones. Specialty if is your last day and you arrive tired wishing a good clean bed to go to sleep. We ask for a good room, high with ocean views. that they did accomplished! .

    Very nice hotel - with small, but nice rooftop terrace. The staff is super friendly and service oriented. So nice. Our room was roomy and nice. Breakfast is fairly good. And the beach is just across the street. Beach towels for the beach or rooftop pool are provided whenever asked for.
