    Stayed here whilst in Rio for New Year and my birthday- great hotel, room clean and lovely friendly staff (muito obrigada por sua ajudar Francisco!)! Breakfast good, location excellent (ten mins to Copacabana) lots of bars, shops and restaurants close by! I was on the top floor with balcony so yes it is noisy on the street but hey that’s Rio! All in all a great stay

    The accommodation was organised by our tour group booking but we were very happy with the location to everything we wanted to see in Rio. Close to Copacabana Beach, Sugarloaf Mountain and a short taxi ride to the airport. The rooms are basic and the swimming pool is not ideal but again it was a place to rest after a long day doing tourist things. There is no fridge in the room so be mindful of that, but there are places close by to get supplies if you want a snap or a drink and the next few shops are restauranra and drinking holes. Worth booking if you are looking for convenience.

    The hotel has a wonderful location. It maybe takes ten minutes to arrive at the Copacabana. A subway station is close as well.The staff is super friendly and always helping. The condition of the rooms is quite good Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay a lot. By the way, the breakfast of the hotel is good as well and is definitely an option to start the day. Nice place!

    Room was clean. However the area is very noisy even with the windows closed, so dont expect a decent nights sleep.The reception staff were extremely helpful, with perfect English.Didnt use the swimming pool. Breakfast is fine, just don't expect a decent cup of tea! The lift does work, once you get used to the numbering system. Wifi in reception was stable and satisfactory but on the upper floors it was very patchy.

    I stayed here for work during the beginning of the Games and had no choice in where I stayed. It was clean but very small. The bathroom was even tinier - I am a small person and couldn't walk face forward from the sink to the shower (had to shimmy). The elevators were permanently in disrepair - a colleague spent over an hour stuck in one, and when it did 'work,' you had to press a button that was different than the floor you wanted to end up where you needed (i.e. press 5 to get to floor 4. Or press 3 for floor 4. But don't press 4 if you want to go to 4). I usually took the stairs. I was glad to move to better accommodations after the Games began. There was wifi available, but it was spotty at best and not consistent. Good location generally. Could've done without the condom display on the minibar.
