    Stayed last night at this hotel , as missed connecting flight to Heathrow. Arrived at 2am , after nearly 12 hours at airport, ( thank you Latham !!!) so very tired , but young staff couldn’t have been more helpful :) The room was very basic , but clean and shower better than looked , power and hot water win win . The young staff in the morning were just as helpful, bending over backwards to help ,felt so sorry couldn’t tip them , as hadn’t expected to need anymore cash as supposed to be en route to Heathrow ! But they knew this and we just had to thank them . As was the lovely gentleman on the door .

    Located near a mall. Checking in and out was a breeze.Facilites are okay consideting the room rate which is very affordable. Not very far from the airport GIG. The reception staff was very helpfjl and accommodating. Elevator is fast and not aProblem getting to the rooms.

    It was nice spending nights for around two weeks. Cleaning and maintenance was good, like everyday. Hotel attendants were nice, although they don't speak English, but it's okay as very rare people in Brazil speaks English. So it's not their fault.One problem I faced was last two days was Wi-Fi issue. But the hotel attendant told that thieves had stolen the cable wire due to which the whole building is suffering. Not sure whom to blame for this problem.And one suggestion, televisions there was having very limited channels, mainly Portuguese. Kindly make few English channels available as well.

    Excellent attitude of giving us special entrance through the Mall during the parades of the Sambódromo, in the Carnival.Still lousy attitude in NOT punctuating Accor loyalty cards. Why can not we have at least one or two points if we use the Ibis Budget ?? They're all from the same network! Why discrimination?
