    Convenient Stay, But Reaching Staff Isn’t Always Easy

    Great location to the mall and close enough to the GIG Airport. I enjoyed my stay, however I left an item in the room and since returning home I’ve emailed and called saying I’ll pay for shipping, but cannot get someone to give me a definitive response on getting my item! They don’t even answer the phone sometimes. Very disappointed in that. Make sure you never ever leave an item, or else you’ll get the runaround and maybe even never get your item back!     I booked a long stay here and I didn’t regret it!! The hotel is in a great location, across the street from many restaurants and a mall. There’s also space to have business meetings and to work. Also, João provided outstanding customer service and was very professional!!     Won’t hurt your pocket!

    I stayed in a 3 BR, beds were comfortable. The space is all we needed since mom, dad and I went to sightsee all day. Lucas Bello was so welcoming at the breakfast in the morning. He helped warm up my dads special diet meal and was so kind to us. Lucas really made all the difference in our trip and stay. This place looks great, it’s secure and it’s near a huge shopping mall and Metro. It also has an Uber pick up area across the street.     Great Stay

    We had a much needed rest at the Ibis Novo America in Rio de Janeiro after a grueling time arranging for the compensations for our cancelled flight. The hotel is about a 20-minute ride from the airport. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room is comfortable; and has a nice view of the  skyscrapers against a backdrop of mountains.     Always a place to stay in Rio

    That is the hotel my family and I stay in when we go to Rio. Very convenient and clean. Breakfast is awesome. Great staff, headed by Ana Thomazini, attentive and caring. We would like to name other staff members: Eduarda Lobo, João Pedro, Isabela Romero, Vinicius, Lucas Belo, Andressa Costa, Julia Guimarães and Ione Andrade (she kept my room very tidy and clean). I am thankful to the team that made my stay so comfy. Breakfast is delicious (I paid extra to get it daily), and sometimes I had dinner there, on Tuesdays, when they prepare soups, also delicious.
