    Bed was extremely comfortable, should have taken note of the mattress. Tv e room was spacious as was the bathroom, very well kept.     I'm always happy to stay at this hotel.Close to the center of town. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Garage. Quiet and safe location. Restaurants close by.The wall to wall carpeting ought to be changed to a washable flooring. The cleaning assistant does a good job though, carpet is not her fault.I've been coming here 3-4 times every summer for years. Will be back.     This is my second time here at intercity and my stay is always exceptional. The rooms are very spacious, clean, the bed is very comfortable and the pillows too, sheets are new and smelling clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower has strong water. The hotel is well located and when you look at it from the outside you can see that it is well maintained. The reception is very modern and beautiful and the employees receive you with great politeness and friendliness. Breakfast is included in the rate. There you will find everything to start the day well fed. I'm going to take advantage of the fact that I'm talking about food, to leave a nice review to Pedro. , thank you very much for the care and attention with which Pedro served us. His service is exceptional, beyond what one would normally expect. I also try the room service note 10. Everything very presentable and tasty.     The Hotel has a contemporary construction and theme. Good service and breakfast, even if you need something special due to food restriction, the kitchen staff did what they could to help. Clean rooms, no smells, no noise or damage. Very comfortable. The garage is a bit small for the volume of vehicles, but the valet does his best and was very attentive.     I've been to this hotel on several ocations. Can't beat the price. There are not many options for 3-4 star chain hotels in Teresopolis and this hotel is clean, confortable with good size rooms. There is wifi but it is very weak, we've complain through out the course of the year but it hasn't got any better. The restaurant is decent, room service can take a long time and they don't open at the same time every day, there were days were they didn't open at all. The best days are when they offer buffet, again the price is hard to beat. The fitness center consists of a broken spinning bike, a tredmill and a few dumb weights. I would have rated the hotel very goof if not for the wifi, but it is still one of the best options in Teresopolis.
